Creative Assembly's audio director and lead composer Richard Beddow created a vibrant, stylised fusion of elements from the Mediterranean, Balkan, North African, and Eastern cultures. With the combined goal of depicting the herculean battles of the Bronze Age that bring immortal fame ( kleos), and to pay respect ( timē) to the gods, the nature and the fallen, the sound of the Ancient Aegean is reimagined for a modern game-playing audience. Troy's score comprises cinematic soundscapes, ambient washes, pulsing grooves, and basslines. Physical editions will be available from the April of 2022.
